These Terms of Use govern access to remaax.in and, alongside your organization's separate service agreement, use of the REMAAX platform. By using this website or the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of This Website

This website is provided to share information about REMAAX and to let prospective customers request a demo. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, or use it to transmit unlawful content.

2. The Platform & Your Organization

Access to the REMAAX platform itself is governed by the agreement between REMAAX and your organization. These website terms do not replace that agreement; where the two conflict for platform use, your organization's agreement controls.

3. Accounts & Permissions

Your organization's admin is responsible for provisioning users, assigning roles and permissions, and revoking access for departing employees. REMAAX provides the controls — including phone-number masking, export gating and a full permission matrix — that your organization configures and administers.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to circumvent permission controls, rate limits or security measures.
• Do not use the platform to store or transmit unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or resell access to the platform without written agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

REMAAX, the REMAAX logo and the platform's software are the property of REMAAX / Real Estate Management & Automation Xcelerator and its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.

6. Availability & Support

We aim to keep the platform available and performant, and communicate planned maintenance where practical. Specific uptime and support commitments, if any, are set out in your organization's service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REMAAX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the platform, except as otherwise agreed in your organization's service agreement.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
